UK Deliveries

Standard Delivery Charges
England, Wales & Scottish Lowlands: Order value up to £17.99 = £4.99; £18 to £39.99 = £5.99; £40 to £2000 = £6.99. If you would like your order before 12 noon, or before 10am, please call the office (01747 825000) for a quote for the additional charge.

Saturday (ordered before 12pm Thursday) = £20, up to £200 value, £30 up to £500. Isle of Wight postcodes PO30-40 = £15 (weekdays only). Paint tester-pots are £2.99 for up to 3 selected colours; standard delivery charges apply for 4 or more.

Scottish Mainland Highland areas (2-5 day service excluding Saturdays) = £18. Postcodes are: AB31-56, FK19-21, IV1-63, KW1-14, PA21-38, PH1-41,49/50.

Scottish Offshore Islands (3-7 day service excluding Saturdays) = £35 up to £200. Please call the office for a quote for larger orders. Postcodes are: HS1-9, KW15-17, KA27/28, PA20,41-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Scilly Isles (2-5 day services excluding Saturday) = £25 up to £200. Please call the office for a quote for larger orders.

Channel Islands (3-7 day service excluding Saturdays) = £60 up to £200. Please call the office for a quote for larger orders,

Next Day delivery cut-off times are: 11:00am Monday (for Tuesday), 08:00am Tuesday (for Wednesday), 11:00am Wednesday (for Thursday), 11:00am Thursday (for Friday), 08:00 Friday (for Monday). All orders placed after 08:00am Friday and before 11:00am Monday will be delivered on Tuesday unless another day has been selected. Please contact us for a formal quote for special delivery or palletised items.
All delivery charges include vat unless stated. 

Packaging & Handling Charge
FREE for orders under £100. Incremental charges are: £100-£200 = £1, £200-£300 = £2.50, £300-£400 = £4, £400-£500 = £7.50, £500-£750 = £10, £750-£1250 = £20, £1250-£2000 = £30.

Orders will be delivered on your selected day, unless we have contacted you to arrange an alternative. Some tester/sample orders are sent via Royal Mail and may take a few days. The delivery address you provide at the time of placing your order must be either:

•    the cardholders address (as shown on your card statement)
•    an alternative business address which we can verify (such as your place of work).
•    please note that it is a requirement that the first order is delivered to the account holders billing address.

Deliveries take place Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm (excluding bank holidays) unless a Saturday delivery has been selected which will be between 8am and 1pm. We cannot specify a particular time unless you have requested a before 12 noon or before 10am service. We do not deliver on a Sunday. All orders (except some tester orders) require a signature upon delivery, so if you’re unlikely to be in during the day, consider having your order delivered to your place of work, or another address where somebody will be able to accept and sign for it. If you are happy for the delivery to be left "unsigned for" please give us specific instructions when placing your order to pass on to the courier.

You will receive a confirmation email when the transaction is completed, and another on the date of despatch - provided your email address is valid. Please check all of your order carefully as soon as it has been delivered, and inform us of any missing, wrong or damaged items within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot support a claim to our couriers after this time. Please ensure you store the items you have ordered in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.

*All orders placed with Paint Direct are subject to stock availability. We will always contact you if we are unable to fulfil your order requirement, or if there is any variation to the delivery.
