Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Interior and Exterior Primer Sealer is a great water-based primer sealer that can permanently block stains inside and out.

Bulls Eye 1-2-3 completely seals stains such as graffiti, grease spots, tar and asphalt either inside or outside your house!

For oil, water stains, fire and smoke damage, use Bulls Eye® 1-2-3 Plus.

Bulls Eye Primer is known for its effective adhesion to hard to stick surfaces - no sanding needed!

Zinsser 1 2 3 Primer also inhibits rust when painted onto clean ferrous metal such as iron and steel. It prevents flash rusting while still wet and once it dries it provides rust resistance for the life of the coating.

It has a smooth, water-resistant finish that is ideal for iron railings, steel doors, metal panels, duct work, galvanised gutters and many more interior or exterior metal surfaces.

As well as this, it protects against fungal degradation due to the biocide in the formula. This makes it particularly ideal with rooms with high-humidity such as bathrooms and kitchens.

This Primer is available in White.

Make sure to seal new plaster that is dusty or polished with Zinsser Gardz.

Application

Application Instructions

Paint must be stirred well before use and applied using a good synthetic brush or a roller.
Can also be applied with a spray gun.
If using more than one can of colour in the same area, mix the cans before use.
Do not apply in temperatures below 10°C or in damp conditions.

Cleaning

Immediately after use, clean equipment with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly.

Storage

Do not use or store in extremes of temperature and protect from frost.
