Paint Direct Trading Terms
Welcome to Paint Direct ltd ("We", "Us" or "Paint Direct"). Please note that you, ("You" and "Your") as a purchaser of products made available through Paint Direct ("Products") and your use of products provided by Paint Direct is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms").

Purchase of Products
You must be 18 years of age to purchase Products from Paint Direct. Please read these Terms carefully prior to indicating your acceptance. When you have understood the Terms, please complete your acceptance and order the Products. Paint Direct reserves the right to substitute like for like quality products, or upgrade your selected product to a similar or equivalent finish in the same colour should the advertised item not be available from stock. Any such products will be known to you prior to despatch. Product suppliers may occasionaly change their livery style to that advertised without affecting the quality of goods, we therefore reserve the right to supply existing stock livery. 

Payment
Payment may be made by any of the means stated. Orders are accepted on the condition that products will be supplied at the price ruling on despatch. Paint Direct uses Secure Socket Layer encryption technology to scramble your sensitive data and provide maximum security over the internet. All prices listed on the website include VAT at the current rate. Telephone orders must be paid for by BACS transfer before goods are released.

Delivery
A minimum charge of £4.99 dependent upon order value and post code. They are delivered Monday to Friday - please read our Delivery Information page for all other charges. Delivery to UK mainland usually takes 2 to 3 working days. If any products are out of stock you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. Delivery will normally be by courier. All products must be paid for prior to delivery. Risk shall pass on delivery. If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to Paint Direct by you with full particulars of delivery. We cannot be financially held liable for delay in delivering the products, however arising. Contact our office regarding European deliveries.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your Paint Direct product(s) you must notify us immediately in writing. Please see our returns policy. All brands that are mixed to order for you are therefore non-returnable. To ensure you have selected the correct colour, please order a tester before committing to a full order as mistakes are often difficult to rectify. Please read our returns policy for full details.

Warranties
You may have additional rights under warranties supplied by the manufacturer of the products you order. Please contact us or the manufacturer if you require further information. If Paint Direct discovers that a price was mis-stated or that a product is out of stock, Paint Direct will either notify you by e-mail or telephone to give you the option of amending or voiding the sale.

Health and Safety
Paint Direct makes available in good faith information about its products and with regard to the conditions necessary to ensure that products supplied will be safe and without risk to health when used properly. Any information and advice given should not of itself be considered an adequate risk assessment as may be required under Health and Safety legislation. If You are not already in possession of information concerning the safe use of the products or you become aware of any risk to health and safety, you should contact us, or seek guidance from the manufacturer.

Sale of Goods
All products are believed by Paint Direct to be of a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended. Any defect should be reported to Paint Direct immediately it is discovered. All technical information in response to an enquiry is given by Paint Direct in good faith. It will ultimately be for you to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the product having regard to your own particular situation and upon site conditions that are unknown to Paint Direct. The liability of Paint Direct will not exceed the value of the Products supplied - loss of profits, consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded.

General
Your purchase of products from Paint Direct will be a contract made in England and under English Law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damage and accordingly some limitations here stated may not apply to you. Your rights are unaffected. Paint Direct can revise these Terms without notice by posting new Terms on the Paint Direct site or by notifying you by e-mail. Further purchase of products after such posting or notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

DISCLAIMERS

Content - Paint Direct ltd provides this site on an "as viewed basis" and therefore makes no guarantees or warranties to this site or its contents. For the closest colour match we recommend you order a sample pot. Product images may not directly represent the item stocked or despatched when ordered as suppliers and availablilty can change without notice. We will endeavour to notify you if a product has to be substituted and is of a different quality.
