Leyland Trade Undercoat is a highly opaque, solvent based undercoat paint which provides an ideal foundation base coat for oil based top coats such as Leyland Trade High Gloss , Leyland Trade Satinwood , or Leyland Trade Eggshell.

Leyland Undercoat is suitable for use on interior and exterior wood and metalwork as it provides a smooth surface ready for your topcoat.

Leyland Trade Undercoat comes ready mixed in White or it can be mixed into any of the 90 colours from the Leyland colour range.

Tip: On areas with stains or powdery surfaces, use Leyland Trade Alkali Resisting Wall Primer before the undercoat to stop it coming through.

Some variants are non-returnable.

Application Instructions

Paint must be stirred well before use and applied using a brush or roller. If using more than one can of colour in the same area, mix the cans before use. Do not apply in temperatures below 10°C or in damp conditions.

Cleaning

Immediately after use, clean equipment with White Spirit or Turpentine Substitute.

Storage

Do not use or store in extremes of temperature and protect from frost.

Disposal
