Armstead Trade Durable Acrylic Eggshell is a high quality, professional eggshell paint that is tough and durable.

Acrylic eggshell is water based and quick drying, much faster compared to Armstead's oil based eggshell. It has a mid-sheen finish with good flow and application properties.

It is best suited for normal interior wood however, it can also be used on plaster and masonry surfaces.

Durable eggshell is the perfect partner to use with Armstead Trade Durable Matt in high traffic areas where good resilience is needed in your room.

It can be mixed specifically for you in a choice of over 100 colours from the Armstead colour range or it is available ready mixed in white and magnolia.

Application Instructions

STIR PAINT WELL BEFORE USE.
The correct finishing process is to apply 2 full coats of Armstead Trade Durable Acrylic Eggshell, but on previously painted surfaces in good condition, where similar colours are used, 1 coat may be sufficient.
When applying water based paint to surfaces previously decorated with a conventional solvent based paint, it is important to thoroughly prepare the surface prior.
As with most other water bourne paint, do not use when the temperature is below 10ºC. C
overs up to 15m2 per litre on smooth surfaces.
Drying time depends upon temperature and humidity.

Cleaning

After use, remove as much paint as possible from equipment before cleaning with water.

Storage

Do not use or store in extremes of temperature and protect from frost.
