Johnstone's Trade Microbarr Anti Bacterial Acrylic Eggshell is a high performance water based interior coating with an eggshell finish.

Microbarr Anti Bacterial Eggshell is tough and formulated to fight against hospital acquired infections caused by harmful bacteria. it uses Silver Ion technology which is proven to actively inhibit MRSA and E-Coli.

It is perfect for surfaces such as blockwork/brickwork, cement render, concrete, plaster, plasterboard and wallboards.

Anti Bacterial Acrylic Eggshell is available ready mixed in Brilliant White and Magnolia or it can be mixed into over 400 colours from the Johnstone's Trade colour range.

Johnstone's Microbarr Anti Bacterial Eggshell would work great with the Johnstone's Trade Anti Mould Acrylic.

Application Instructions

Preparation:

Make sure surfaces are clean, dry and free from loose and flaking material.
Prime surfaces with appropriate primer.
Rub down previously gloss painted surfaces with fine waterproof abrasive paper and rinse thoroughly before applying a pre-coat of primer sealer as directed.
Wear a suitable mask if dry sanding.
Special precautions should be taken during surface preparation of pre-1960s paint surfaces over wood and metal as they may contain harmful lead.

Application:

Wear respiratory protection and do not breath spray.
Stir well.
Seal surfaces with Johnstone's Trade Microbarr Anti Bacterial Acrylic Eggshell thinned up to 10% with clean water.

Cleaning

To clean equipment:

Remove as much product from the brush as possible.
Clean equipment immediately after use with warm soapy water.
Rinse thoroughly.

Storage

Do not use or store in extremes of temperature and protect from frost.

Disposal
