Using Osmo to revitalise your worktops
1. Osmo Polyx-Oil comes in a variety of finishes and colours. The first step is choosing a finish and a colour that you’d like to use and conduct a patch test on an inconspicuous part of your worktop.
2. You should then sand the surface. Begin with 80 grit sandpaper; once you’ve sanded the initial top layer off, wipe away any debris and then use a finer sandpaper, perhaps a 120 grit to give a smoother finish.
3. One you have totally finished sanding, you ought to remove all of the dust. Begin with a vacuum cleaner, and then wipe the worktops down with a lint free cloth.
4. Osmo Polyx-Oil tints should be applied in a well-ventilated space, therefore, pop open the windows and apply your tint using a flat brush. Apply thinly and evenly to the clean and dry wood along the wood grain and spread well. Keep your windows open to allow to dry for approximately 24 hours.
5. After allowing your tint to dry for 24 hours, you should use Osmo TopOil.

6. Allow the oil to cure between 2-3 weeks before using Osmo Spray Cleaner to keep the surface clean.
