About In-Can Tintin

In-can tinting allows us to create authentic Farrow & Ball paint in any combination of colour and finish you might need. * The paint bases we use are made at the Farrow & Ball factory in Dorset, England, using exactly the same balance of high-quality ingredients as ready-mixed Farrow & Ball paints. These are then blended in-store to order with a precise balance of pigments, which follow brand-secret recipes to create consistently beautiful colours every time.

*Excludes specialist finishes Limewash and Soft Distemper.

Farrow & Ball colours

Farrow and Ball provide a luxurious range of 132 colours from their standard eco friendly collection and now they have an additional 16 colours made in collaboration with the Natural History Museum, each inspired by the colours found in nature and from ‘Werner’s Nomenclature of Colours’ (1814).

Every one of their colours are gorgeous, rich, deep and unique, each providing a different feel and atmosphere in order to cater to different styles and aesthetics.

Farrow & Ball have not only provided a vast range of colours to choose from, but they also have multiple different finishes that these colours can come in. They have carefully thought about what your needs for the paint are and what exactly will make the finish last and be easy to maintain.

Each finish is perfectly suited to a certain room; Modern Emulsion for example, is great for kitchen walls because the formulation is tough and easy to clean, where as Estate Emulsion, their signature chalky matt finish is perfect for living rooms and other rooms where cleaning isn’t necessary, but a wonderful flat finish is needed.
