Prepare
As always with any project, you must prepare the surface. You should clean your walls by giving them a wipe down, and even use a vacuum cleaner to to remove all dirt and dust.
Once the walls are clean, you’ll need to fill any cracks or holes and sand them smooth once dry - this, coupled with cleaning the wall will help to give the best results and finish - not just with this paint project, but any paint project!
Prime
Normally, the next step in most cases is to apply a primer to your walls, but this isn’t actually necessary when you use Crown Trade Clean Extreme. However, if the surface you are painting is bare, porous, or stained, it is advisable to use primer - benefit from a coat of Crown Trade PX3 primer.
Apply
Up next is the application of the paint. Crown Trade Clean Extreme can be applied by brush, roller, or by using a sprayer - it’s entirely up to you!
