Application Instructions

Apply using a good quality paint brush. Apply a thick even coat of paint. A second coat may be required if paint is spread too thinly or when painting over a darker colour with a lighter topcoat.

Cleaning

For best results, clean brushes with brush cleaner.

Storage

Do not use or store in extremes of temperature and protect from frost.

Q. Is Dulux one coat gloss any good?

A. Dulux one coat commonly referred to as Dulux Once is great to use where only a single coat application is required and works really well.

Q. Does Dulux Once Gloss go yellow?

A. There was a problem a few years ago with gloss paint yellowing, however this was a formula issue and that has now been resolved so no. over time however, oil based paints will yellow and fade slightly and an alternative non yellowing gloss would be Dulux Quick Drying Gloss paint.

Q. Is Dulux Once gloss oil based?

A. Yes, it is known as a thixotropic paint and is jelly like in consistancy and less runny than normal gloss, but should not be stirred. If it is stirred it will revert back to liquid gloss paint.

Q. What is the best one coat gloss paint?

A. There are many one coat gloss paints on the market including Dulux Once gloss. Research should be done to find the right paint for the job.
