Johnstone's Trade Vinyl Silk Emulsion is a sheen finish for use on interior walls and ceilings.

Silk Emulsion provides a washable, easy to clean, durable finish that resists fading.

It is ideal on substrates such as: blockwork/brickwork, cement render, plaster and wallboards.

Johnstone's Silk Paint is ideal use with Johnstone's Trade Joncryl Primer Undercoat.

Silk Emulsion is availale ready mixed in Magnolia or Brilliant White, or it can be mixed into over 500 colours from the Johnstone's Trade colour range.

In rooms exposed to condensation (e.g. kitchens and bathrooms), Johnstone's Acrylic Eggshell is more suitable.

Some variants are non-returnable.

Application Instructions

Stir paint well before use. Can be applied by brush or roller. Also suitable for spray application. Absorbent surfaces should be sealed prior to painting, with a coat of Vinyl Silk thinned up to 10% with clean water. If using more than one can of a colour in the same area, paint should be mixed before use. Do not apply in temperatures below 10°C.

Cleaning

Immediately after use, clean equipment with warm soapy water.

Storage

Do not use or store in extremes of temperature and protect from frost.
