Sanderson Water Based Eggshell Colours

2.5 litres will cover up to 40 square metres in one coat, 2 coats are recommended to achieve full colour depth. 2.5 litres will usually be enough to paint the walls of a small bathroom or kitchen in 2 coats, or cover up to 10 door sides in 2 coats.

Preparation:

• All surfaces should be sound, clean, dry and free from grease.
• Remove any loose or flaking paint.
• Prime bare surfaces with the appropriate Primer.
• Rub down previously gloss painted surfaces with fine waterproof abrasive paper and rinse thoroughly before applying a pre-coat of Water/Acrylic Based Primer Undercoat.
• Avoid the inhalation of dust.
• Wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding.
• Special precautions should be taken during surface preparation of pre-1960’s paint surfaces over wood and metal as they may contain harmful lead.

Application:

• Stir well.
• Easy to apply by brush or roller.
• Seal absorbent surfaces with a coat of Acrylic Eggshell thinned up to 10% with clean water.
• If more than one can of a colour is to be used in the same area, intermix before use. 
• Do not apply in temperatures below 10°C

Remove as much product as possible from application equipment before cleaning. Replace lid firmly. Clean equipment immediately after use with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly. 

Do not use or store in extremes of temperature and protect from frost.
