Toupret ready mixed filler is ready to use on painted and unpainted surfaces.  Ideal for gypsum plaster, plasterboards, old painted surfaces, cement, concrete, cellular concrete, breeze blocks, bricks and stone. It adheres to painted and unpainted surfaces and is easily sanded down. It resits flashing and grinning with no need to spot prime.
