A survey of 2,000 people conducted by Travelodge looked into the impact of bedroom colour on sleep times and found that bedrooms that are painted blue, yellow, green, silver and orange bore the longest sleep times, ranging from 7 hours, 52 minutes to 7 hours, 28 minutes.

Blue
